Saint Joseph, teacher of inner life, teach us to live day by day in intimate communion with Jesus and Mary and in trusting self abandonment to the love of God the Father. Saint Joseph, protector of the Nazareth family, we entrust to you the future of our families; may our homes be welcoming and loving. Help us in the Christian upbringing of our children. Saint Joseph, you were a model to workers, we entrust to you our daily work; may it contribute to the well-being of all human beings. Help us to accomplish our work in a spirit of service. We pray to you for all those who are in search of work. Saint Joseph, faithful guardian of the church, God intrusted to you the protection of the mysteries of salvation; inspire Christians to be faithful witnesses to the Gospel, always and everywhere, at the heart of a world which is so sorrowfully in search of peach and brotherhood.
