The following inspirations are for the purpose of meditation. They are very simple ideas, but I believe that each one when meditated upon can expand our horizons and bring us to a greater understanding of God’s love.

May the Holy Spirit imprint His truth and wisdom upon your soul. May He raise your spirit to a perfect union with the God of love.

A selfless act is always born through grace!

True contentment can only come when we govern and control our desires. The only desire that does not need to be controlled is our desire for God.

If contrition is to have any value to the soul, it must be felt within the heart, rather than displayed outwardly.

If you walk in the light and avoid the shade you will grow much quicker.

The most meaningful conversations with God come from the heart and not the brain; they are spoken within the soul rather than upon the lips.

Pride is a corrosive image upon the soul, just like dirty rust upon a fine metal.

True empathy comes from experience, therefore, trials have great value in gaining for us the wisdom and compassion that are needed to comfort those who are sorrowful.

Guard yourself against the futility of anxiety by giving all your cares to God in prayer.

In judging others we only condemn ourselves!

There are many types of love, the one we must try to attain is the divine love, for this is the love that transforms our nature.

Every individual who suffers, grants to others the opportunity to show compassion, love, and charity, thereby helping them to sanctify themselves.

With any deed performed, it is the love with which it is done that is most important.
