Personal Prayers

Jesus I adore You; You are my joy and consolation;
You are my heart’s desire and the glory of my soul.
I praise You with all the love that is within my heart.
Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit.
Amen.

Dear Lord,
Grant me the love to desire Your will,
The faith to seek Your will,
The wisdom to know Your will,
The humility to accept Your will,
The courage to continue in Your will,
And the strength to complete Your will.

An Act of Consecration

O Lord Jesus, You are my light and my life!
All of the love which burns within my heart,
Comes from You, is part of You, and is returned to You.
All that I am I give to You, because all that I am You have made.
My heart, my mind and my soul, are Yours to govern and possess.
By Your grace I have my being, and by Your grace
I am able to love and serve You.
Take this heart of mine, and make it Your own.
I consecrate it fully to Your service.
Let there be no conditions to my love,
No end to my devotion,
No limit to my sacrifice.
Let me live and die for love of You.

Prayer for graces

Lord, grant me the grace
To serve You with all of my strength,
To contemplate You with all of my mind,
To love You with all of my heart,
And to offer You my whole life
As a living sacrifice.
